Terms & Conditions
1. TUITION, FEES AND CHARGES. Prices effective through December 31st, 2009. The first $75 paid is a non-refundable enrollment fee.

* Includes the entire 5-month course as well as study materials.
** In the event that you fail one or more sections of the ARE 4.0 exam, each candidate is entitled to one free repeat of the course provided that you repeat the course within one year of the original course.
*** The Review Materials printing deposit is included in the tuition fee but is subject to the Notice of Cancellation Provision (ii) addressed below.
**** Enrollments and payments in full received after the applicable payment deadline date must include the additional late fee.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION. You lock-in your PreARE tuition upon receipt of $75 on your PreARE account. Once locked in, your price is locked in for (5) five years or up to (2) two years from the date of your graduation. You must pay your remaining PreARE Review Course balance by Septermber 31, 2009 for the June 2009 Program and by August 31, 2008 for the January 2010 Program.
3. COURSE LOCATION. All locations are subject to sufficient student interest. Location seating may be limited. Your specific course location is not guaranteed until your account is paid in full and will be subject to availability. Location reservations will be processed in order of receipt.
4. NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. (MUST BE IN WRITING)
5. COPYRIGHT. Program books, lectures, handouts, and materials shall not be copied or reproduced by any means for any purpose. You acknowledge that PreARE owns all rights, title and interest in and to all program books, lectures, handouts, and other program materials and related copyrights and that such books, lectures, handouts, and other program materials are protected by copyright laws.
6. DEFAULT. If you default on any part or all of your obligations arising from this Agreement, you are liable for all reasonable costs, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and court costs.
7. MODIFICATION. Representations, whether oral or written, made by any person, including a PreARE Student Representative, that may modify any term of this Agreement, will be of no effect unless such representation is in writing and issued by a PreARE Director.

(i) You may cancel this agreement and receive a full refund of all payments made, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date of this Agreement.
(ii) You may cancel after three (3) business days if the PreARE course lectures have not started, provided that all materials are returned. PreARE will issue a refund of all payments made less PreARE review materials printing deposit ($275) and the $75 non-refundable PreARE enrollment fee.
(iii) You may cancel after the PreARE Review Course Materials are issued and lectures have started . PreARE will issue a refund of all payments made less the Review Materials Printing Deposit ($275) and the $75 non-refundable PreARE enrollment fee, plus $75 for each daily lecture given up to the date of receipt of your materials.
(iv) You are not entitled to any refund after 6 days of lectures have been given.
5. COPYRIGHT. Program books, lectures, handouts, and materials shall not be copied or reproduced by any means for any purpose. You acknowledge that PreARE owns all rights, title and interest in and to all program books, lectures, handouts, and other program materials and related copyrights and that such books, lectures, handouts, and other program materials are protected by copyright laws.
